Mazz Group provides residential and business internet connectivity, fiber options where available, and network solutions. Specific speeds, pricing, installation timing, and equipment requirements are confirmed at the time of order and may vary by location and plan.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use our services for unlawful activity, network abuse, unauthorized access to systems, distribution of malware, or conduct that interferes with other customers or the integrity of our network. We may suspend or terminate service for violations of these Terms or applicable law.
Equipment and access
You are responsible for providing reasonable access for installation and maintenance, and for safeguarding any equipment provided by Mazz Group. Customer-owned routers and networking gear may be used when compatible; configuration support is available through our network solutions team.
Performance and availability
We work to deliver reliable connectivity and advertised plan performance on supported infrastructure. Actual speeds can vary based on location, in-home wiring or Wi-Fi conditions, device limits, congestion, and third-party services outside our control. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur.
Billing and cancellation
Fees, taxes, and any promotional terms are disclosed when you order. Late payments may result in service interruption. Cancellation and return-of-equipment requirements will be provided with your service agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mazz Group LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services. Our aggregate liability for claims related to a service outage or website issue is limited to the service fees paid for the affected period, except where prohibited by law.
